Grit

Have you seen this Ted.talk by Angela Lee Duckworth? She started teaching math to kids in 7th grade in New York. After that, she took up psychology to find out what is grit. Grit can be explained as stamina = the ability to sustain prolonged physical or mental effort, hence sports people. It is also perseverance = persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success. And that comes from a growth mindset, the ability to learn and to accept failure as a temporary thing.

Are you willing to evaluate your work, study and private life? Bravo! Let’s reflect upon your daily doings and explore new scenarios. I’ll accompany you on your quest to challenges to become unconsciously competent. And become gritty.
